Geaux Tigers!

I love football! Football season is the greatest time of year! Dad wholeheartedly agrees, and I'm pretty sure Mom would too if she didn't always have something else to do when the games were on. Fortunately for her, I helped her catch up on what she's missed while in the waiting room at the doctor yesterday. You gotta love a doctor that subscribes to Sports Illustrated. Mom and I looked at all the football pictures. Again. And again. I tried to explain the plays to her, but she seemed confused. Clearly, she doesn't watch enough football.

When I woke up from my nap on Saturday, Dad told me that football was on. And not just any football - LSU football. I grabbed my mini-football and ran to the living room to watch the game. Dad taught me how to say, "Geaux Tigers!" I love football!

It won't be long before I am off to a school with a winning football team myself. All I need to do is put on some shoes, oh wait, and some pants, and I'm out the door. I can't wait to ride the school bus! Mom and I go check out the school bus parked in the parking lot when we go to CBS each week. Last week, we decided to walk around the bus and we nearly walked into a huge spider web. GIGANTIC! It went from the ground to the top of the bus to a tree. There was a plump spider in the middle of the web, too. Mom was pretty freaked out. I'm glad she didn't drop me when she realized how close we were to that spider.

I'm sure at school they'll teach me how to spell my name, but why wait? I can spell my name now. J-O-S-H. I can also pee in the backyard. I'm looking forward to combining the two come winter. Please God, send some snow.
